INGREDIENTS

•⁠ ⁠200g macaroni
•⁠ ⁠2 tbsp Atrangi Curry Masala Paste
•⁠ ⁠200ml double cream
•⁠ ⁠100ml whole milk
•⁠ ⁠150g mature cheddar, grated
•⁠ ⁠50g mozzarella, grated
•⁠ ⁠1 tbsp butter
•⁠ ⁠Fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish)
To Serve (Optional)
•⁠ ⁠Garlic bread
•⁠ ⁠Simple green salad

Instruction:

1.⁠ ⁠Cook the macaroni according to the packet instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2.⁠ ⁠In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
3.⁠ ⁠Stir in 2 tablespoons of Atrangi Curry Masala Paste and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
4.⁠ ⁠Pour in the double cream and milk, stirring until smooth.
5.⁠ ⁠Add the cheddar and mozzarella, stirring until melted into a silky sauce.
6.⁠ ⁠Fold in the cooked macaroni and stir until every piece is coated.
7.⁠ ⁠Garnish with fresh coriander and serve immediately.
