We deliver across the UK. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
The address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made should be correct and proper in all respects. You will receive an email once the order is confirmed and dispatched, along with the details to track your order. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. This may be a result of the product being unavailable from stock, an inability to obtain authorisation of payment, or we identify an error with the product information, including price or promotion.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once products have been delivered.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo evidence.
Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.
